The Habick Agency is hiring a driven, sales-focused Multiline Representative who thrives on hitting goals, building relationships, and closing business. If you’re competitive, confident in conversations, and motivated by performance-based income, this is your opportunity to grow a long-term career in insurance.

You’ll work with both new and existing customers to uncover needs, present solutions, and sell across multiple product lines including auto, home, renters, life, and health. This role is designed for someone who can combine strong service with strong sales execution.

Full licensing is required. Candidates must hold Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses. If you are not fully licensed, you must obtain your Property & Casualty license prior to your Day 1 start date. We provide support and guidance to help you complete the licensing process.

What You’ll Do

  • Generate new business through outbound calls, lead follow-up, and appointment setting

  • Quote, present, and close insurance policies across multiple product lines

  • Conduct needs-based conversations to identify coverage gaps and recommend solutions

  • Cross-sell and upsell to grow revenue and strengthen customer protection

  • Build relationships that drive retention, referrals, and long-term growth

  • Maintain accurate documentation and follow agency procedures to stay compliant

  • Work closely with the team to achieve individual and office production goals

What We’re Looking For

  • Competitive, sales-driven mindset with a strong desire to win

  • Strong communication skills and confidence leading sales conversations

  • Organized, consistent follow-up habits and strong attention to detail

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment

  • Prior experience in sales, customer service, or insurance preferred

  • Full licensing required: Property & Casualty and Life & Health

    • If not fully licensed, candidate must obtain Property & Casualty prior to Day 1 start date (support provided)
